A. Account & Profile Information: If you choose to create an account via Supabase (e.g., using email or Google Sign-In), we store your email address and authentication identifier to sync your personal playlists, favorites, and settings across your devices.

B. Local Audio Files: Modo Music requests standard storage/media permissions solely to index and play local music files stored on your device. We never upload, analyze, or transfer your personal local files to our servers.

C. Anonymous Diagnostic Data: Standard network request logs for performance monitoring and crash diagnostics.

2. How Your Information Is Used

We use collected data solely to:

Provide seamless cloud playlist synchronization and user authentication.
Power synchronized real-time group listening rooms (Listen Together).
Ensure optimal audio streaming performance and app stability.

We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal information to third parties or advertisers.

3. Third-Party Services

Modo Music integrates with industry-standard, secure infrastructure providers:

Supabase: For encrypted user authentication and cloud database synchronization.
Google Play Services: For secure app distribution and in-app updates.

4. Data Security & Retention

All communication between the Modo Music app and our backend servers is encrypted using modern TLS (HTTPS). Your data is retained only for as long as your account remains active.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion

You have full ownership of your data at all times. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your data.

To delete your account and all associated data, you can:

Use the "Delete Account" button directly inside the app settings.
Submit an account deletion request on our web portal at modomusic.online/delete-account.
